- Manage and supervise Project Managers to ensure alignment with company goals
- Achieve key performance indicators to improve regional performance
- Lead business development initiatives to drive sales and profitability
- Conduct regular meetings with local team to review progress and address challenges
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and profit loss analysis for the region
- Implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and goal setting
